I've been bringing my cars to Bartels for many years. If I wasn't happy with the entire process,, I would NOT have continued to do business with them. My car sits outside, so during this past cold snap,, it froze up. I called the following morning to have someone come get it, and fix it,, I was assuming it would need a battery. A tow truck was at my house within a couple hours,,, driver knocked on my door, I gave him the keys and he loaded my car and drove away. Just a few hours later,, I received a phone call from Bartels, telling me YES my car was running and YES it needed a new battery. Because of my health,, I wasn't able to bring my car home that same day without a great deal of discomfort,, they agreed to keep my car one more day,, so I could hopefully feel better. The following day,, I called them and said at their convenience,, if someone would pick me up at my home,, bring me to their store, I would pay for the work done and get my car out of their way ----- instead ---- they chose to bring ME my car, so I did NOT need to be out in the cold ,, so I did not need to possibly be any discomfort...... I just can't explain what a wonderful thing that was --- I don't know of any major business that would go to that extent for a customer. My car is home,, in perfect running condition and I never had to leave the comfort of my house - because this team of people thought of my personal issues over ,, just being a business.
